TableStars Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a store credit. We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). If your item has a problem due to the carrier we will work with you to file a claim.
If you remove the tags from an item, it cannot be returned.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
All of our shipments include tracking and confirmation. If you did not receive your item despite this, we will work together to help you file a claim with the freight carrier. At times this may mean the carrier's investigation may delay a refund to you.
Shipping is a service necessary for online businesses. We wish this didn't add additional costs to your items but most of our items are small and can be shipped inexpensively. We hope to add free shipping in the future. We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. And at this time we do not ship to international destinations. We hope that will change in the future as well.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
